Discovering the new reality, together.
As part of our cooperation with Santander Group we've redesigned santanderconsumer.pl as a modern and responsive website. Our primary concern was to fully accomodate the wide and varied userbase that is the target of the bank's communications. To make sure we keep both the requirements of our client and the expectations of site's users in mind, we've based the design on extensive research.
We began the project by performing an exhaustive expert analysis of the old santanderconsumer.pl website. We utilized, among others, the research methods of heuristics analysis and cognitive walkthrough to prepare a report containing the assessment of the old design and proposed improvements. Keeping the conclusions of this research in mind, with our client we've assembled the requirements for the new design and developed a new user-friendly information architecture and interactive prototype.
To create a graphical design satisfying to both our client and the site's end-users we've prepared three versions of look&feel and presented them to the team at Santander. The end result is a product of close cooperation between our UX and graphics departments based on the look&feel of our client's choosing.
